WHO WE ARE
For 30 years we have been a company specialized in offering solutions for sustainability. We operate in water and effluent treatment projects in industrial and domestic markets using the most advanced technologies available and combining services to provide a personalized service to our customers’ needs.
We are located in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, in the state of São Paulo. Our Operations unit is located in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, in the municipality of Santo Antonio de Posse, where there is a structure that allows the construction of the tanks used in our treatment systems.
Our operations in South America extend to Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and Argentina, Uruguay and Peru. In addition, through the FOXWATER Central America Unit in Panama, we offer services for the entire Central America and Caribbean region. The companies located in Houston (USA), London (UK) and Shanghai (China) are expansion units and contact with new technologies and markets.

WHAT WE DO
Our challenges have always been guided by the continuous search for innovation so that the solution is the most suitable for each client. Thus, we offer several business models, including the BOO format – Build, Own, Operate – where FOXWATER designs, builds, operates and maintains treatment plants. In addition to this format, we operate in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of already installed treatment systems and also offer all our know-how in consulting projects.
FOXWATER operates in industrial activities in the most diverse segments . We treat leachate or slurry from landfills, ballast water from ships, domestic sewage, industrial effluents of various origins, etc. We carry out projects for the treatment of water for consumption and also for reuse.
Treatment Stations are compact and modular, allowing for a long service life, quick installation, easy operation and great cost-effectiveness.
Our commitment is to offer the best solution to customers, in order to minimize risks, achieve their goals, respecting current environmental legislation and promoting the rational use of this important natural resource.
HOW WE DO
Integrated Management System (SGI)
Management models at FOXWATER began with the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). FOXWATER obtained its first certification, ISO 9001, through which procedures were implemented and standardized, action and verification plans were defined, always focusing on service excellence and continuous improvement.
With the consolidation of the QMS, the works for the inclusion of aspects of Health and Safety at work, as well as the survey of environmental impacts were carried out. Thus, the Integrated Management System (SGI) was born, which unified procedures, optimized training and joined forces in the implementation of these management tools.
The Quality and Environment Policy reinforces FOXWATER ‘s commitment to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and the provision of our services.
FOXWATER seeks in all its processes and investments to effectively minimize the environmental impacts of its operations and services, providing environmental and economic improvements for the company and society as a whole.
SUSTAINABILITY
FOXWATER was born with an environmental vocation, as it is a company that offers solutions and technologies for water and effluent treatment for industry, commerce and public authorities .
We understand that managing water is a commitment to the rational use of this natural resource that is so essential to life.
Recently, we have included the Sustainability approach in our business. This concept, known by the acronym ESG, encompasses, in addition to environmental issues, planning and actions for social management and governance. And the commitment is present in our operations, in our strategic relationships with clients and in our day-to-day activities. It is challenging and we understand that sustainability must be part of our culture and purpose.
We act on the basis of Sustainability and help our clients to achieve their ESG commitments, especially where our activities make this interrelationship. With this partnership, we minimize risks and help our customers and partners in meeting the requirements related to the water management of their processes and activities, providing solutions and technologies in an integrated manner.
The acronym ESG stands for:
E= Environmental – (The environmental issue has been present in the company’s DNA since its foundation).
S= Social (minimizing social impacts in the communities where it operates).
G= Governance (adopting more efficient management practices).
According to the United Nations Brazil website, “The Sustainable Development Goals are a global call to action to end poverty, protect the environment and climate, and ensure that people everywhere can enjoy peace. and prosperity”. These are the goals to which the United Nations is contributing so that we can achieve a sustainable agenda.
To expand these actions, FOXWATER promotes the UN sustainable development goals that are connected with its activity.
ETHICS AND CODE OF CONDUCT
More than a set of principles and rules of conduct, the Code of Ethics and Conduct is the North that determines the daily practices of the Mission, Vision and Values and the organizational culture of FOXWATER .
It defines the guidelines of business ethics, the conduct expected at work, the correct handling of information. The Code of Ethics and Conduct must be known, respected and applied by all employees in their professional relationships.
